Maybe the valves not opening up enoughIJ One of our machines the motor went out and if we want to adjust it we have to get out and set it with a pair of plyers.

Don't know why your dealer told you that, since a lot of farmers I know running 9600's, run the 36 ft. McDon, and have no problem. We used to run a 36' McDon on an 8820, and never had a problem.

do you have an aftermarket chaff spreader on the combineIJ could this be screwing up the oil flowIJ

Hey i was just wondering what you thought of the 36ft draper...we are thinking about getting one perhaps......and putting it on a 2388 case combine Just curious to what you thought compared to a 30ft head and also have you had it in short beansIJ can you work later at night too......... Thanks

So far I have only used it in wheat. It worked just as advertised. I was able to run about one MPH faster than my old 30' table. The straw went through the machine very even as it didn't discharge clumps of straw like in the past. I actually bought this head from a CNH dealer and he has them on a number of 2388's. He said they handle them no problem. I'm anxious to try it in soybeans.
