Here in aussie in some parts there are pine stumps usually 6" high that have eluded the clearing operations. they are nasty to a combine head. Mostly get reel out of way then find backhoe and bash and pull .Stop when you get to a 30 ton excavator if that does'nt work try and make kids buy you another front . last option will probaly not work. good luck nasty job.

sounds like their auto insurance should pay for it or their parents i clipped a stump and bent my sch guard strait down thought it would be an easy fix here's what i found kinked sickle bar (the bar the guards bolt to) bent auger BENT FRAME!!! this was on a 324flex ended up buying a nice 525 flex dont mess with it at $75+_hr it most likely will be cheaper to trade
