Does look like a nice machine,and made the R-75 next to it look like a sandbox toy. Still looks like a simple machine.

I was too amazed at how small the R75 looked up against it. The unloading system they have designed will soon be copied I'm sure. nothing can compete with it for simplicity or performance. The farmshow salesman said they were getting 6 Bu. per second out of it before they slowed it down to wear longer.

Had the challenger version for 4 days last fall in corn. Nice machine, but it's big and heavy. With the big tires on rear and RWA we couldn't turn and come right back in on the end without backing up first. Expected the unload rate to be super fast, but it was not any faster than my R62. A number of sensors not working and beeping all the time and several updates added before we could use it. typical of a new model, I would wait a year or two for them to get the "bugs" out of it before getting serious about buying one. I would expect the two smaller versions to be more reliable since they have been out a while as MF and challenger machines. Along side the R62 it looked twiced as big and I think it weighed twice as much too. The corn head ran at a much steeper angle on it and there was no way to tip it back on the feeder house.

Your R62 unloads as fast as the grain cart unloader on the A85IJ Either you are wrong or the AGCO engineers have bungled up what looked to be an awesome unloader.

The first clue was that the unloading auger didn't look any bigger in diameter than the one on the R62 and it didn't seem to be turning any faster so how does it put out moreIJ Maybe they have a bigger auger on the machines you have looked at. I'm just telling you how it looked to me and I was the operator of it while it was here. As a side note when the next farmer after me got it he caught the unloading auger on the back of his grain cart and bent the hydraulic cyinder that folds it. I thought it should be higher on the unloading end than what it was and my 1100 bushel grain cart is not as high as some I have seen.

The units that I have seen have what looked to be a 15-16" auger. The ads boast industry leading unloading rates. While a 14" swivel will do an admirable job, it is not long enough nor does it offer decent ground clearance with 30' heads. The other auger option is pretty much a patched on affair and is just short of a good joke. Nonetheless, if the new grain cart unloader is no faster than the old swivel the joke will again be on the AGCO customer.

Do not worry. The new class 8 unload system is way faster than a Gleaner Swivel. He is wrong. There is no comparison.

I was pretty sure that dealers were touting an industry best unload time. I like the look of the grain cart unloader is it maintains the simlicity of the swivel, yet offers the advantages of the turret.
