I think anyone that is spending that kinda money with any brands dealer should know that they are dotting the I's and crossing the right T's. I am not saying that you dont have a right to be very pised off, and I believe you have the right to every penny you spent. But if you are dealing with someone who is an artist of deception, then its that persons fault not the company in charge. I dont care what color your dealing with. I have seen some shading deals no doubt in the past, you should have had an idea that something was fishy if this is all true. Agco does monitor this site so I believe they know whats going on. What will be a durn shame is if your jocky got off with the money. He has to have some things of value that he spent all this money on. What did he do, sit at the casino for months with your money and lose it allIJ

Sorry to hear about your situation sounds like a mess, I hope the folks @ AGCO and AGCO Finance can sort this out for you, Sounds like dealer was the crook and from our experience when dealer does some thing stupid then AGCO does something stupid it does not pan out well for AGCO in the long run. Our local dealer and agco ran into a situation that sounds like it could have some similarities back in 1995. AGCO came in and took all equipment off lot and seized the parts from this dealer and to this day no gleaner dealer, they just got AGCO tractors and New Idea hay line into a dealer whos main area is smaller yard_landscape tractors and forklifts. Point being this dealer that ruffled AGCO'S feathers was actually beginning to reclaim market share after the DEUTZ AllIS merger didnt go so well so instead of removing the problem but keeping the store open even if it was a company store until they could have found a new "dealer" they would have kept quite a few customers I belive but instead they shut it all down and I belive lost out and now its hard to climb back in when you have strong dealers of other colours. We looked hard @ trading colours when this occured but have stayed with Gleaners because we really like the simplicity and they have been very reliable for us. Dont go and switch if you truly believe Gleaner is the right machine for you unless parts and service are too far away for you to be able to work with because the other colours including green have had this type of issues before and just like AGCO will again in the future.
