they will raise the minimum wage to 15 dollars an hour in Florida. how do you feel about this?

I'm in Florida, but I'm not into politics and I doubt I have the answer you're looking for. I run a small hobby farm. I've never worked for less than $15 and I've never paid anyone less than $15 to work for me. Florida is an expensive place to live.

I'm in the Midwest so please excuse my ignorance about this bill you guys passed, but does it really apply across the board? Usually there's a slew of exemptions. Will it apply to farmers?

I support raising the minimum wage. However, I'm worried that the big dogs will out compete by hiring foreign workers - legal or otherwise. I think most of us small timers will try to play by the rules, but will they do the same? I'm doubtful. What do you think about the wage hike, @floridaboy.
