I'm not sure where you are located, but you need to find a fab shop in your area with a decent press brake. Take in a section of your old floor pan and they should be able to form the sheet for much less. Then all you have to do is drill a few holes and bolt it in. Brewer Steel in Greeley Colorado made me stainless steel floor pans for a 12 row all-crop head for about $700. Regular steel would be less than half price.
