This type of farming appeals to many people not as being profitable, but as a healthy and ethical choice. It could be the next big thing in a few years. Have you ever thought about the environmental benefits that result from practising organic farming?

A lot of the discussions I hear revolve around the pros and cons of environmental benefits versus how hard it is to keep pests from damaging your crop because no pesticides are used. It seems very problematic when done on a large scale.

To be honest, we have not gone organic, but we would love to. Having pesticide-free crops would be beneficial in so many ways, not only to our health, but to the environment as well. The problem is finding alternative ways to keep predators from destroying our crops.
