Combines Bought a 9600

IF anyone is upset about someone ripping on Deere here you shouldnt be cause this is the Case IH page. Now I dont choose to get too political about the whole thing because I dont really care. But if someone slams a deere here thats better than a deere owner coming here and slamming red, thats a little too much. And if youre happy with your Deere Im happy for you, I dont sell Case IH combines so whatever helps you is fine by me. Thanks

I dont hate the IH's and as matter if fact think they are good combines but i thought the 9600 needed to be defended b_c i know it is a very good combine too.

Absolutely, obviously both companies are still selling equipment so they must be making things at least halfways decent. I have no problems with Deere, I just happen to have all Case IH and IH equipment. It all goes back to the same Ford vs. Chevy junk that you always hear, and at the end of the day it seems like they both run the same and are no better than the other.

Here in Minn. a lot of guys wished we would have had the 23-25% moisture this year.....We had a lot of 30-40% corn....Some corn test plots that are under the Corn Growers page in my area were in the 30+ moisture....23-25 is peanuts in moisture. JWK
