Combines Cage

Hee, Hee, I know why they are there.... Seems a high ranking (who shall remain nameless) AGCO official peered into a cage assembly a few years back and saw some trash built up there and told the engineers "get rid of that" so they did... and a while later removed some of them. It is or was for preventing build up in certain conditions which most people don't have. Again they must try to build a machine that does everything for all people satisfactorily. (Many owners are steering wheel turners at best) The geru's here and across the land are full of, uh- I resist the temptation here, ideas to take a really good machine and fine tune it to a, now painted, silver streak. As Dan said removing the covers will result in more separating capacity although a little more non-asthetic view from the grain bin doors.
