Have the dealer turn up the pump to match the R50 HP and do what ever mods like the feeder house shocks, the helical mods, take out everyother wire and use the bars on the rotor that they recommend and you will not go back to the F2. R40 is easy to work on too. Helped the brother on 240 acres of irrigated corn that made over 200 bpa with a 4 row corn head. Didn't think we would ever get done as we both work full time. Get a chase wagon and large gravity boxes or big trucks. Really a nice little machine for the smaller farmer. Brother only farms about 400 acres.

We might have a 630 head for you. It's a black lM head in great condition but has the r series bish adapter on it. We run it on an R50 so you could use it on either a R40 or the M. We've owned it for 4 years and pick about 400 acres a year w_it. Shedded while we've had it. If you might be interested shoot me an email. Would sell for a good price - we are just looking to bump up to a hugger. becfarms@aol.com Brad

I'm in EC KS. But before you roll your eyes and say oh brother, we are looking at a hugger head in Northern indiana so we would be heading that way if we decide to do this. We would deliver it. Can get you pics of whatever you want. Just let me know. Brad
