milehigh, Check both of your bottom screens to make sure that a corner is not hanging down and letting trash get sucked into cleaning fan.The only other place for trash to get in is on the l.H. side where the Hydro in mounted and on the R.H. side where the trans. cables are.Hopefully you will find your problem in one of these areas.
