Just a friendly reminder...........this is the time of year that you want to check the condition of your sump pump to make sure it's in good working order.

It's better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

Is that an unpleasant chore? The name alone makes me cringe. I've always had sewage provided by the city, so I could be off the mark.

I need to have our HVAC system serviced, but I keep forgetting to call the guy. I'll go do that now.

Yeah, I need to do that. I've been so busy during planting season that I let it slide.
