Childcare for Farm Workers

We have a worker who doesn't have any care options for her kids while she's working. As you all are aware, all the schools and daycares have been shut down. So, I've taken a step back from some of my daily chores to watch her kids along with mine. This does require a bit more work for each of our workers, but I'd have to watch my own kids anyway, so I thought this was the best solution.

Are you all facing any challenges with your workers due to COVID-19?

That's nice of you to look out for your employee! I bet they appreciate it! We're a family run operation, so all the children are relatives and are used to hanging out here. My wife watches them all at our house. She's done that off and on for years, especially when toddlers were around who weren't old enough for school. I appreciate her doing that and I know the moms and dads do too.
