Coffee Exports Decrease with Drought in Central America

I don't know if anyone else has been wondering, but I was wondering if the drought in Central America would affect coffee prices this next year. The drought will cause a decrease in exports from some of the major coffee-producing countries this next year, like Honduras. Thankfully, it doesn't look like the shortage from these countries will affect coffee prices significantly. I don't know about you all, but I couldn't function without my morning cup!

I think the main reason coffee prices at the store remain as stable as they do is because of the various locations we get coffee from. Coffee is grown all around the globe, so if one area goes bad we have options.

I agree with Jonny B Goode - thankfully coffee is grown in many countries, so if something goes wrong in one, we aren't out of luck. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have my morning cup. It's the perfect way to get my day started.
