Crop Rotation

How often do you rotate your crops? I've been told it's best practice to do it yearly, meaning that if you plant corn one year, it's best to plant soybeans or winter wheat the next. What are your practices regarding crop rotation?

I rotate my plots every other year. I don't use pesticides or anything like that and every other year still works out well for us. My neighbors rotate theirs every season, and they seem to have success with that. I've wondered how often others do it too.
