Do you always go to the service shop?

We all know that changing your tractor's oil is one way of avoiding major mechanical repairs afterward. Have you ever performed an oil change? It is not such a hard thing to do, and it starts with identifying your machine's specifications, then determining the type of oil to use etcetera.

I change motor oil and hydraulic also all filters even diesel filter and air etc. etc.
If owner has tractor manual but shop manual has better how to just read it careful,some cases do youtube search may help.

Honestly not too sure how to change the oil usually, for me. But I do feel like I should change it at some point. Maybe I should look into YouTube tutorials as what Wildlife suggests.

I'm not much of a mechanic, but I can do simple stuff. Oil changes are easy.

My husband taught me how to change the oil and oil filter in our tractors. It's not too difficult. You just need to be sure to get the correct oil and oil filter for your specific tractor.
