Do you have a buddy?

Do any of your livestock seem more bonded to you than the others? I have a goat named Gus that follows me around while I work. He often demands petting and watches for me in the morning. He sticks with me for most of the day when I'm out in the fields. Just wondering how many of us have a farm buddy.

Very cool!!!! My dogs are the same way....but dogs aren't livestock, they're our furry children!!!!!

My neighbor has some pigs that love to be talked to and petted. They make all kinds of racket to get his attention and happily trot alongside as he does chores. It's the funniest thing I've ever seen. Needless to say they don't need Charlotte the spider to keep them from becoming pork chops.

What kind of dog do you have @Eric64? He sounds like a keeper.
