Do you move your coop?

I have a chicken tractor that I use, but I've left the chicken coop and run in the same location for years. Does that allow diseases and parasites to build up? I keep the area as clean as possible and I haven't had much trouble with sickness, but I got to thinking about how vegetables and pasture need managed and rotated, so maybe the coop needs to be moved around too.

Moving the coop couple times year will rejuvenate top soil.

I've only done it twice and both times I moved the coop to handle a predator. I move their run around once or twice a year, but that just means reconfiguring the fence. They are free-range chickens during the day or I might move things more often.
