No, it can't possibly work. It's a homeopathic remedy which is nothing but quack science and it's awfully expensive for a placebo. You should get that checked out by your doctor because that ringing in your ears could be an infection, injury, or circulatory problem. Just don't waste money on an expensive placebo.
