I'm not the best in the kitchen, but I make a delicious cobbler that's easy to fix.

You need:
glass pan that can go in the oven
bowl to mix the breading
1 stick of butter
2 cups of self-rising flour
2 cups of milk
2 cups of sugar
1 can of fruit filling of your choice
If you want less breading, only add 1 cup of the flour, milk, of sugar instead of 2 cups.

Steps to make it:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Melt the butter in the microwave and put it in your glass pan.
Pour the can of fruit on top.
Mix the sugar, flour, and milk together. Pour this mixture on top of the fruit and butter in your glass pan.
Stick it in the oven until it's cooked through. It usually takes 30-40 minutes here.

That's all there is to it. It might be a well-known recipe for all I know, but when I learned to make it, I thought it was magic.

That's an oldie, but a goodie for sure. I like to add cinnamon to mine for a little kick.

@Digger, My college roommate used to make this cobbler all time and I couldn't believe how simple it was to make. You're right, it's like magic. It tastes so good.

Wow, this looks so easy, even someone like me, who doesn't know how to cook to save his life, could make it! I think I'll try to do this sometime. My wife might get worried seeing me in the kitchen, though. Haha!
