Of that 2.8 gallons how much of it is potable waterIJ water is going to be a big equation in all this! (sorry to the guys that are under water at the moment!) you never really realize how important it is till you have your major towns, city's and half your state living of less than 3% in storage!!! Us farmers are a bit lucky as we use rain water for living and have done for generations happily! (me and none of my kids have two heads!) I have said it before, the next major bust up between country's will be over water then food!! Rolf
