Feeding the calves

We are bottle feeding one of our calves. He isn't drinking well from his momma. Anyone do this before? It's actually very sweet, my children like to help.

I did this as a young girl. How fun for the children. How many calves do you have? Is the momma producing? How often are you bottle feeding?

That's nice. What kind of milk are you using as a replacement? It's worrisome that the calf can miss on some nutrients if he's being bottle-fed.
