Foreign Investors

Does anyone think this will pose a problem in years to come? I know states all have their own laws and regulations when it comes to foreign investors and farmland, but do you think the rules are strict enough in order to keep this money "in-house"?

You know John, I look at it this way: As long as the land owned by people who do not live in the U.S. is less then native owners, we're good. And while we're at it, have the "foreigners" land more capable of growing crops that are less profitable that the native owners.

I have no idea how that would be done, but it sounds like a good idea to me.
