Fried mashed potatoes

We have a lot of mashed potatoes leftover from Easter dinner. We are going to try frying them up. I thought I'd add some cheddar cheese and some garlic too. Wish me luck that they taste good.

I can't say I have ever tried that recipe before. My mom said her mom used to make them from time to time. I love fried potatoes so I bet it will be good. Be sure to let us know!

Yum! We do have fried mashed potatoes. I've added garlic but we have added garlic salt and cheese. I bet they turn out delicious! I might talk the wife into frying us up some too.

That certainly sounds interesting. I am not a big fan of leftover potatoes. I love leftover ham and my wife does some amazing things with it.
I'm curious how they turned out. Did they scorch?

They were delicious! I had to keep moving them around so they wouldn't scorch. The kids weren't to sure about them but tried them. After that they asked if we could have them again!
