Be sure corn varible belt is adjusted properly so there is no chance of sliping a bit and then plugging. Be sure that nut and washer under spring anchor for right front feed belt is at least an inch from contacting anchor. Be sure the right front feed belt is in the fast position. Do you have a rock sump installed or a rock door hump or a 1x1" square bar fastened to rock doorIJ Do you remove the rear feed sprocket stripper for corn removed for your beansIJ It is very weard to have rear feed plug. Normally if you have a problem with transition inbetween the two chains the front will be stopping or jumping or whatever. You can give yourself more room under front tention drum for rear chain by cutting 1_4" off of the top of drum stop block. Your chain will still clear bottom of hopper well with the blocks cut. I run all crops with stops for rear chain in grain rear position and shocks installed. Most machines have the top of the blocks trimmed by 1_4". I trim blocks a little more at the front of block so it will come up against the pad squarely. I also replace the large OD flat washers behind the height block with smaller OD so the newly trimmed block can contact the upper pad. This might seam dumb to you but do you have the floor inbetween the top and bottom of front feed chainIJ I don't know what year machine you have and some did not get the feed floor which included different rear feed height blocks. See note above on R50 shaft wraping for some hints on streamlining the front feeder housing. There are square corners on both sides of front feeder housing where the flow is and they need to be rounded off. I just weld a piece of flat iron in place to make more of a smooth side panel to prevent square edge from disturbing the flow. I also replace the hex head bolts that are exposed to the flow with pan head bolts. Also be sure the serrated edges are just as good or better on rear chain as it is on front chain. You should go in with pry bar to be sure that rear drum will lift to max height. Good luck and let us know what you find.
