The Series 3 was fixed all the way through, my N6 is one and is as clean as they come. This was accomplished by the Bosch system. The Series 3 combines and the 8000 and 4W series tractors with the 670(aka 426cid)got equipped with the AMBAC system and the overfueling was gone to get the same HP. And the RPM's on the N6s3, 8070, and 4W220 were all slowed down for the same HP as the previous models, the N6, 7080 and 7580. The neighbors had an N6 and it was the locomotive but was not the AMBAC system. So the turbo didn't make a difference to the N6, just fueling and advance of the pump.
