Going to start making wine!

Does anyone here make wine? We have been in the business of selling our grapes to wineries but decided that we would give it a shot of making some. Of course this will be for personal consumption with the hopes of getting bigger. We are hoping to open a business for wine tasting and selling our own wine. We did open our business up to tours last year (the vineyards).

Oh, you should do that. It would expand your market, plus making wine sounds like fun. You need to bottle a signature wine that will represent your vineyards.

I've never made wine, but I enjoy drinking it with dinner on special occasions. I'm with Pinewood Acres, I think making a signature wine sounds like a great idea. You just need a pretty bottle to top it all off.
