I have heard from the older farmers that wheat behind milo yielded lower than behind other crops. One field we cut avg 53 bu_ac and it was behind milo but also 200-250 lbs of fert was applied. That was the highest yielding except for my 65+ but that was wheat last year. We are going to cut back on the wheat this year and go with more corn and milo. I want to plant the wheat behind the soybeans but I think it will be corn. Have a great weekend, I am taking a half day to fix and then cut. I think we should be done tomorrow with the big jobs.
