Heated bed for outdoor cats

I want to buy some sort of a heated bed for our outdoor cats. It gets cold at night in the winter. One of my friends bought some bed that heats up. They keep it in the shop. Anyone else have one? What brand and do the cats like it?

I bought one of those expensive heated beds last year that is made by K & H. It's nowhere near as warm as a regular heating pad. This next winter I'm planning to replace it with a heating pad that doesn't shut off.

We heat our shop all winter long. That is where our outdoor cats go at night. I didn't know they made heated beds for cats. It makes sense though. I hope you find something that works for your situation.
