How much dose a tractor operator make?

I run a case ih 370 from August to February then i still run a case ih 370 from February to june then from june to August I'm on a 250 Magnum. Am i underpaid at $10 an hour the only benefits i have is 401k company match and a ride home. I believe im worth at least $12 an hours

The minimum wage in Florida is a little over $8 and you're not making much more than that, so yeah I'd say you're underpaid. Is everyone being paid a low amount? Some companies are notorious for underpaying. Are you fairly new to the job?
