What is the best way how to break a deadbolt?

Install it correctly! Usually if they're sticking the alignment is off just a little bit. If it's new as I suspect based on your post asking about breaking it in, I would remove and reinstall and don't tighten it until it's turning smoothly.

Lol oh man I miss read the post and now that I see your comment it makes sense.

I'll second the sawzall idea. Get a new metal blade though, dull blades on a sawzall are a pita.
