How To Check Hydraulic Fluid On Kubota Tractor

How often do you change the hydraulic fluid on your Kubota tractor? I know the manual says every 600 hours, but that seems like way too often to me.

"600 hours" kinda depends if under heavy use/stress.
About 150-200 hours year for me and I change all fluids filters Apr.&Oct. mostly use in winter...I figure it's just good insurance.
