I'm still new to a lot of this. I don't actually know how to run a scraper very well yet. What's the secret to getting rid of bumps in dirt?

Practice makes perfect. Angle on the top link is important. Play around with that until you're getting the bite you need without going too deep

I would go slow for starters/ adjusting the top link

Go slow and practice.
Once you get "bumps" rough out if you can turn your blade 180 degrees for smoother finish.
