N7 with duals will go anywhere a moderatly sane person would want to go. One needs to slow down a bit to give the machine time to work. One also needs sieve ribs. It also helps to, if possible, lay out the field so that your left elbow is always up the hill. That is, the material as it flows from right to left in the processor is going up hill. This retards the flow of material in the processor as opposed to accelerating it by going the other way (down hill). This may cause some cage sweep problems as material will accumulate in the rear right hand corner of the processor box but this is a problem which probably only occurs in the steeper hills of the PNW. We have our fixes for that. Some fields won't accomodate this but you would be surprised at how ingenious one can be to facillitate sidehill threshing. If all else fails buy the neighbor out so the field works properly.
