How have you guys changed things up in order to keep your business going through the pandemic? I didn't think it would drag on this long, so I feel like I'm still catching up to those of you who were smarter and made better choices.

I used the beef shortage to my advantage by selling directly to the customer. I haven't figured out what to do about my U-pick operation though.

Great question! We did a lot of things differently. I think the thing we found that saved us was buying feed ahead of time and in a bigger quantity. We did purchase more cattle too so that we could sell more.
