I'm a Case-IH dealer and we have talked to some people with Case Corp. and they are saying the new combine will be intoduced in Fall 2002. I hope they get on the stick and get it here sooner, but who knows. I've heard that the new machine will be a class 7 or 8, hydralic rotor drive that is reversable, and possibly a cage that will not only open on bottom, but also raise on top to help with unplugging. I've also heard anywhere from 350 to 650hp.

The way CNH is running their companies they'll be done before they can get that combine ready.

Are you retarted or just stupid. Both CaseIH and New Holland have had prototypes in the making for a long time. I highly doubt that the way they are running their business will effect them in anyway. You think that John Deer is the only company who can do anything right. I have nothing against any brand of equipment all the take is the right operator. I think with CaseIh and New Holland merging in time they will have one of the best combines out. If you take all the features of these two companies and put them together you will have a combine as you always say what will be second to none. I could go on and on but will make it short as I dont want to waste my time on someone who is always negative towards every brand of equipment other then your green ones...

For you two people who just seriously knocked me, here are a few facts for you to know. Fact n1 - there aren't many combines sold in this country anymore, and right now Deere is selling 7000 per year. Case sold less than 1000, and New Holland half of that. To me, that's trouble. Fact n2 - when was the last time you saw multiple brand strategies workIJ Is it working with AGCOIJ Don't think so. In fact, they are now starting to consolidate their lines, and the new tractor line that they are coming out with won't be an Allis or a White. It will be an AGCO painted AC orange, so for those loyal White customers, they're out of luck. How do you people think it's going to work when you have two dealers competing over the same business offering the same product only different colorsIJ They're set to drive each other out of business. At least with the AGCO dealers they were few and far between so it wasn't a big deal, but there are a lot more CaseIH and NH dealers around, so I see that to be a problem. Personally, I just can't see it ever working, and don't be surprised if they're is another buyout of one of these companies in the very near future. Fact n3 - CNH hasn't shown anything close to a profit since the merger. Yep, they're restructuring and all, but Deere is going to make it next to impossible for them to ever get going strong in the other direction. I'm not sure why you 2 jumped all over me, I just said that I don't agree with the way CNH is running the company, and I KNOW I'm not the only one who shares my opinion.

I always see your posts downgrading everyone but the Green ones. I admit John Deer has done well over the years in not having to merge with another company to keep going. The 9750 sts in your eyes will out do any combine on the market, as far as quality sample, tailrows, dependability, most capacity, best resale, and on and on.... Well I will assure you in some aspects there are better features here and there on every brand of combine made today what is better then Deer. I have never run one myself as I have no desire to so I wont and dont say good or bad about them. I have basically tried out all other brands except for a Deer or a Cat and I will say there is features here and there what I like over my Case combines. It seems to me any product you deal with is the one and only and everyone else out there is wasting their time buying other brands. This has been in your previous posts from combines, to grain karts, to planters, and tractors and everything else, it just gets old after a while when someone has a question about something and in a few different posts the whole subject is changed to what in your eyes is second to none. Maybe I went a little overboard but after so many negative posts all the time that just happens, I highly dowbt that they are going to go belly up here in the near future, they will have combines out what are just as competitive as the rest of them. Well till we meet again you have a good day.................

bmoney7 Your "facts" are off some. There were not 7000 combines sold in the US last year total. More like 5600 And CaseIH sold right at 2000. Gleaner and New Holland sold close to 1000. So let me see what does that leave for john deereIJ You being the son of aaaaaaa john deere dealer you should learn that not all the B.S. john deere feeds its dealer network is truthfull.

I wonder what you would do if Deere was the only ag equipment manufacturer left. I will never understand how you can be so blindly loyal to a company. Its just a business trying to make a buck off you, and you should treat it as such. I sure don't run my business that blindly, and as long as there is people like you out there I will find many profitable opportunities. Profit is the bottom line in our business not what color the machine is.

Bmoney must think that deere is holy or something. I know he is a deere dealer, but if he's that blind he won't be in business too much longer. The reason deere has sold (excuess me, give away) so many combines lately is called a bounty on red or yellow combines, about $30,000 per machine to be truthful, I know, I bought a Case 2388 from a deere dealer and he told me how he got in it so cheap. Also, the mighty 9750sts has less seperating and cleaning area than the 2388, and also it looks like they tried really hard to copy the Case controls. Hey, the best thing deere ever did was make a rotor machine, at least they realize that the Case is the superior combine. What does sts stand forIJ Straight thru seeder or Single Tine SeederIJ Kind of like the soon to be dead CTS (Check that Smoke or Can't thrast Shi*). Have a nice day, The Meat.
