Check the web about FIAT, the mother company - they themselves can't keep the water out of the boat. If CNH was a stand alone, they are more profitable than FIAT. Stay tuned for a BIG announcement.

I have herd it all now so what crazed deere freak started this stupid rumor there is no way possible it would happen now. Besides that it would be a monopoly and the federal securities and exchange commission would not approve it beacuse agco and cnh would have over a 50 % market share in the farm equipment sector. You guys wanna start stupid rumnors you had better do actual research the only 2 sectors fiat said they would not sell is CNH and Iveco engines
just talked today with some case distric guys and FIAT is not selling, the only thing they are considering is there car line!!!!!!!!!! people think of some of the darndest things to say.
I have heard the same thing that Agco would like to acquire CNH this was told to me buy the owner of the biggest Agco dealer in western Canada. He said Agco wants CNH mostly for their 4WD tractor line. I hope it does not happen but you never know. My 2 cents worth.
WHat researchIJIJIJ U ask any challenger or cat salesman what question was asked to the president of Agco one night after the louisville farm show. He was asked if they were talking with CNH and he said there are figures on the table. u say that, it would make them a monoply but they allready bought the biggest company in the whole world when agco acquired Massey. Massey makes even JD just a drip in the world of ag. so dig a little deeper
What does money do to a few promises, Fiat is gonna do what makes them money if agco is the way they will sell sorry I really do not even own a deere piece of iron so i am not a deere freak sorry
