i own some deere equipment yet, i'm not proud of it! you all want to see some people poop the're pantsIJ start a rumor that agco is going to buy deere!! maybe they should! then maybe the the costs for equipment would even out a bit, maybe not. i run mostly agco_allis and ih equipment now, never have the problems anymore i had with the deere equipment. nor the upkeep costs. i've had so many people tell me that deere equipment will bring a higher re-sale...then why can't i get anything out of my deere equipment when i go to tradeIJ who's fooling who here. gosh..i see my neighbors always buying new equipment every 2-3 years, but all they do is stay at home, my main tractor is 23 years old, still runs fine, never been touched, air cond still works, and with the money i've saved in the past 20 years, i've been able to travel, eat at fine resturants, played golf, gone fishing, even bought a new motorhome. so guess it's anyones choice how_what to spend they're money on. i'll probably never buy another new tractor or combine before i retire in a few years as mine are doin just fine. and my banker still likes me!!
