If you get one of those cheap GPS hand helds place it on the floor, this will give the right speed for any machine to calibrate the speedo! have done a couple of my neighbors machines with a garmin III+ and have found out why they always used to run 1 mph faster than me!!! I can run as fast as they can now!! I know it's all in my head, but it make me happy!!! I have also converted our Speedo to KM_Hr by increasing the pick up sensor plate ratio by 1.6093, went from 8 pulses to 13 pulses on the sensor plate per revolution on the gearbox output drive and adjusted the electronics to fine tune it.
