Mailman, I did not mean to imply that John Deere combines are so far superior to the rest. In fact, they are good, but not anything way beyond other combines. You are correct about the company's marketing. What I meant was that even the best marketer in the world, can't be No.1 by selling pure junk. R.O.M, I do agree about the machines. However, technology is becoming increasingly [artificially] intelligent and sensitive. Often it's really hard not to anthropomorphize some combines to a degree.
