Does CNH perhaps have a suitable tractor factory overseasIJ I've heard that they've already decided to close the Genesis_Versatile plant in Winnipeg, so I doubt whether they'll build anything there! Seems to me that there isn't much being built in North America anymore!

STG, CNH does not have a suitable tractor factory overseas. If you look at just the NH line of tractors they come from everywhere depending upon HP, England, Mexico, Belgium, and Brazil. None of these factories would be as modern as Winnepeg. Which they were forced to sell. So my guess is that CNH will build a brand new tractor factory in a state where they will not face union labor.
