Mobile butchers

I thought I had a clever business idea to start up a mobile butchering and processing service. I was afraid it might be too niche and expensive to do, so I never bothered to check into it further. Well, it turns out that it's already a thing and has been for some time. Have you ever used a service like that?

There's a mobile meat processing unit around here. I believe they handle the whole thing from start to finish. I bet it's expensive to use. I can see the appeal though, since the coronavirus and hacker activity has closed some of the other plants.

I've actually never heard of this before. It sounds pretty clever, maybe for some smaller farms. I don't think I would use it though, probably expensive. I'd be interested to know how many people do use it and how many cattle they have butchered each time.
