Uh ,,, what is your definition of All 100%IJ 99%IJ It is my opinion that if you mean 100% - it can't be done short of a complete teardown and you are talking days..... I have been up in just about every machine built 'cept Cat_Class and there are so many nooks and crannies and seals and beds ......when we tear down for repair sometimes find grain years old..... soooooo a little more info needed here. VaCuumin' machines may need to be a factory optionIJ look forward to some more response here as this could be a real bear if it becomes a necessity.

To do a good job of cleaning plan on spending a day. Open everything and vacuum, blow, sweep, poke, brush, etc. No chance of getting all the kernels though. See if you could train some mice to eat out the corn quickly. Rats would work also. Indian corn for the colored cornIJ Make sure it has some stalk strength - most don't.
