Quick games for playing on tablet

Which games do you guys enjoy playing on your tablets? I have an iPad and an Amazon Fire tablet, but I mostly use them for reading. I'm looking to add some quick games that I can play while I'm waiting for something else to start or finish. Any suggestions? I already know that I don't like Candy Crush.

I like word games a lot. If that's up your alley too then try Word Jigsaw, Wordscapes, and Word Wow. They're available on both tablets that you mentioned.
