Maybe then you should lower sieve down if possible to get more air to chaffer. I bent the castle shaped air diverters just ahead and below chaffer to run paralel with chaffer on the first long shoes for I heard of some short straw getting into sample complaints. I haven't bent any now for many years for they work fine as factory has them. May be worthy of tring in your conditions. Pull the chaffer and you'll see the piece I'm talking about. They will bend up with crowbar and block of wood. How do you have rotor setupIJ Third helical extended accross feederIJ How many reverse barsIJ Did you check timing of accelerator rollsIJ Hope you can find fix for your truly odd problem. Good luck

Rotor has 4 reverse bars. 2 on 4th row from right end and 1 each on 1st and 2nd row from right. No rotor loss. Third helical extension. Timing of rolls cked and okay. I think maybe my pins on disrtibtion augers were in wrong. The big end was NOT on the push side of the augers. Does it matter what end of pins should be on push side of augersIJ I am thinking that material was moving across augers to center more than should be with out getting kicked out.

I'd get rid of all reverse bars. To make it easy just reinstall bolts in place of missing bars. Give it a try and let's go on from there. Don't think pins on augers will change anything. You are likely just grinding the crap out of things. You have the adjustable grate and much better options if you have rotor loss. Give it a try. Good luck
