Can you just slip the old agco chopper drum out and install the Rodono chopper inIJ

I belive that you can just swap the factory AGCO chopper for the Rodono chopper. You can contact them @ (403)784-3864 or e-mail : rodono@telusplanet.net One nice option on the Rodono is the end plates with the shafts are removable just in case you spin a bearing and need to replace or repair.
