If you are meaning on the left when sitting in the cab I think it is because of material doubling over on top of feed stream as rotor and helicals do not move it past the feeding area in one revolution. We changed our machine over to what NDDAN is doing with the triangle filler and steep pitch helical over feeding area with no reverse bars and did that ever smooth out machine in tough going. I would recomend these changes, they sure worked in my conditions. You can see them on their website, I don't remember the address, but you can search for it. If you run 25%+ corn, green stem beans or wheat over 20% you will be tossing grain out the back with no reverse bars. It'll run the materail through with all forward bars, but we felt losses went up. I think in dry crop you can get by with all fwd, but we run two reverse and seem to get along fine. A middle of the road set up.

Fold out auger and lower upper shield down and remove the nuts that are on the square cover. I have a small bottle jack that I put in the hole to support the rotor and remove the other nuts that go around the octagon shaped cover. Next I take the fork lift and slide the forks together about 3 inches apart and slide in between the bars on the rotor on the bottom side. Then I wrap a chain around the bearing housing and the forks like a triangle. Then tilt the forks back to put tention on the chain and back up a little bit to be sure the other end come off the gear box. Then make sure that the forks have the rotor supported totally and back it out. Good luck and be safe. It is a really simple design. I pull ours out every year just to check the rotor over and to check the gear box splines and coupler.

With the price of grain you will be looking for tax deductions anyway. Do all the mods to the rotor, make sure you do the triangle mod on the feeder house and put a bar of some type on the sep concave. These are cheep must do's. Then if you have the narrow concaves take out every other rod. It will look like you will have too much falling threw but it wont happen and you can put filler bars in for wheat if it thrashes hard. It would be a good time to check the rear feeder Chain and sprockets. Hope your bar is just the U channel bar by the cage dog not too bad a fix.
