Salads... favorite

We talked about soups in the winter, what about salads. What is your favorite? What do you put in it. I make a mean potato salad. My wife cooks almost everything else!

I don't make salads but I do love potato salad. I also love pasta salad (with loads of veggies and pepperoni and cheese). My wife is an amazing cook. I can't wait for the weather to break so we can BBQ.

I love pasta salad, loaded with fresh vegetables. A lot of people that I know only put meat and cheese in it. I prefer the vegetables!
I also love this broccoli and bacon salad. It's delicious!
