What choice do they haveIJ The company has to do something to reviatlize their combine line-up after the pounding CaseIH's reputation has taken with the 8010 debacle and the first "false start" of the 7010. They have to give the customers what they want, and right now, the majority just want a bigger 2388 and are plain scared of the 8010. I think it is a good move on CaseIH's part; the 2388 has needed some major beefing up for some time.

Mr. Harvester you make an excellent point the 8010 was a disater when first released and the jury is still out on it now. And yes most customers have complained about the 2388 needing more power.

You say you can sell it to me for 50 to 60% more... not if I don't buy it!!! I've seen adds on TV for satellite dishes where they have people complaining because their cable rates kept going up. Well, instead of complaining, just cancel it! I don't know if you guys want to admit it, but the combine market is a fairly small market in today's world. They can't just sell a combine at a price that covers their marginal cost of production.

What have they done to increase unloading rateIJ I suppose they have just increased unloading auger speed or increased flighting pitch. Or have they increased the unloading auger tube and auger diameterIJ Are the drive chains going to be any biggerIJ
