1-Pull out the cycle and rebolt all of the gaurds upside down. 2-The out end gaurds need to have their NOW, outside points welded alittle along their outer side and than grind off their outer points alittle to fit in behind the shields on each end. 3-These shields also need some miner bends put into them as they will be to close to the NOW, upside down, gaurd. 4-The cycle will be turned end for end out on the ground. 5-Unbolt the outend 5 foot sections and All of the cycle teeth from both sections, rebolt them, and reinstall you cycle. You need to remove and rebolt these teeth to keep the 1_2 wide kicker tooth at the drive end. Is all of this worth doingIJ OH Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
